In 2004 Marcel Isler founded the company Isler Mécanique Agricole. The company acted as a repair shop for various brands on the market.
This activity allowed him to identify the drawbacks of the vehicles, taking into account the comments and criticisms of their users, thus making many significant improvements.
In 2010, Marcel Isler developed the prototypes of several innovative skid steer loader concepts, respectively the Mis-Trac 350 and Mis-Trac 360 models with all-wheel steering and small telescopic arm.
These prototypes are currently still in operation to the full satisfaction of their users.

This extensive work made it possible to design reliable and robust vehicles with sub-assemblies that were easy to manufacture, mainly manually and assembled in the shortest possible time, with the emphasis on Swiss manufacturing.
The MCT14 is the first model now launched on the market.
Today ISLER MCT has the complete plans and manufacturing documentation of four models of compact and telescopic industrial trucks, MCT10; MCT14; MCT14+; MCT16.
